Dresden Role Playing - The Sandman

I'm Running a Dresden Files Roleplaying game, and one of my players wanted to play "The Sandman". So, I designed a template for him, and decided to share it.

So here is the Template [And it Document form]

Sandman [-5 Template]

You are the sandman responsible for the sleep of thousands. You represent mortal creativity and dreams. While there are elements of the fey about you, you are not one of the Shidhe, and are sometimes considered anathema in their court.

Duty [Modified Feeding Dependency] +1

As a Sandman your duty is to put people to their peaceful sleep. The Sandbag that you have been entrusted with weighs with the sleeping sand of those in your care. As such your power stems from the completion of this.

You have an additional stress track called Duty. Discipline determines its length, exactly like Endurance or Conviction. Unlike other stress tracks, the Duty track does not clear at the end of a scene.

At the end of a scene in which you have heavily taxed your supernatural power, you make a defense test with Discipline; failure incurs a stress hit like an attack. If you are taken out on your Duty track, you are temporarily disconnected from some of your powers until you have a chance to fulfill your duty.

Immortality [Modified Wizards Constitution] +0

Glamours -2

Sandbag -4

Item of Power +1

Incite Sleep [Modified Incite Emotion] -2 : Uses Deceit

[-1]

-Lasting “Sleep” -1

Dreamwalker -3

You have the ability to step sideways from the world, on the periphery and just beyond human perception. This grants ability to step through walls and solid objects, to enter the homes of would-be sleepers with ease. You are still blocked by powerful wards, and certain thresholds, but may pass freely into any home in which sleep is desired or welcomed.

You can normally not interact with the physical world in any but the most minor of ways while dreamwalking, however you can still Incite Sleep. Additionally you gain the Potent “Sleep” Addition, granting a total +4 Stress bonus on Incite Sleep rolls.

While Dreamwalking you are invulnerable to mortal weapons (Physical Immunity with a catch), but are venerable to hand blown glass. You have heard rumors that you are also especially vulnerable certain fey weapons that are strongly tied to the dreams of mortals.

Also while Dreamwalking you may enter the NeverNever in places strongly associated with sleep or from the homes of strong and creative dreamers.
